The festivals and events of the Virgin Island exhibit the cultural heritage of Africa, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Danish and American Influence.

Rolex Regatta weekend is high point for many yachtsmen and yachtswomen around the globe. It is also known as the Crown Jewel of the Caribbean. It is one of the world’s greatest yacht races. People from all over the Caribbean, North America and Europe travel to St. Thomas island, Virgin Island to be a part of this exciting event.

The three day racing event takes place in the month of March. The International Rolex Regatta is organized by the Virgin Islands Racing Association which is sponsored by Rolex and is supported by many business groups. The Warm clear waters, beautiful surroundings and excellent competition will draw you back here year after year.

The International Rolex Regatta is followed y the BVI Spring Regatta and Sailing Festival which is held in the British Virgin Islands.
